Trump: 'Generally speaking' chokeholds should be banned. The US president appeared conflicted in an interview about his views on chokeholds, depending on how many people were involved. U.S President Donald Trump has spoken about the use of chokeholds by police, saying "generally speaking" the practice should be ended.
