Staying Positive

Firstly, what is positivity? Positivity means thinking in an optimistic way, looking for solutions, expecting good results and success, and focusing and making life happier. It is a happy and worry-free state of mind, which looks at the bright side of life.



How can we begin to brighten our view of the world, and infuse more positivity into our thought patterns? Although quite simple, these steps can make a profound impact on your approach to life, and ultimately create a more positive outcome.


  • Practice Gratitude

One of the quickest ways to shift your focus away from negativity, judgment, and disappointment is to list the things in your life for which you are grateful. Be grateful to be gainfully employed, to sleep in a bed each night, for the sun that comes up each morning, for the waiter who greets you with a smile, for the people that love and care for you, and for a body that lets you experience life each day. Practicing gratefulness can cause almost an immediate shift in your perspective. Keeping a daily gratitude journal, even digitally, can help remind you to keep life’s blessings at the forefront of your mind. Another strategy is to have a gratitude partner—someone who can support you in your journey to positive thinking. . 
  • Start the day with a positive affirmation. 

How you start the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Have you ever woken up late, panicked, and then felt like nothing good happened the rest of the day? This is likely because you started out the day with a negative emotion and a pessimistic view that carried into every other event you experienced. Instead of letting this dominate you, start your day with positive affirmations. Talk to yourself in the mirror, even if you feel silly, with statements like, “Today will be a good day” or “I’m going to be awesome today.” You’ll be amazed how much your day improves.
  •  Findpositive friends mentors and co-workers.  
When you surround yourself with positive people, you’ll hear positive outlooks, positive stories and positive affirmations. Their positive words will sink in and affect your own line of thinking, which then affects your words and similarly contributes to the group. Finding positive people to fill up your life can be difficult, but you need to eliminate the negativity in your life before it consumes you. Do what you can to improve the positivity of others, and let their positivity affect you the same way.Almost anybody in any situation can apply these lessons to their own lives and increase their positive attitude. As you might imagine, positive thinking offers compounding returns, so the more often you practice it, the greater benefits you’ll realize.

  • Replace negative talks with positive.
How often do you find yourself saying I can’t? Back then when I was learning driving. I found it a bit challenging to manage everything while driving. “This is difficult ” was the only statement of fact that was fixed in my mind. But gradually, I realized it was just in my thoughts that stopped me to even try to drive alone. And I wondered what do I lack that is stopping me to drive. I changed the “can’t” to “can”, and today I can go driving anywhere. Once you confess positive things,it shall surely manifest As you find yourself mentallycomplaining about something, rethink your assumptions and adjust your mindset. Positive thinking eases off stress from your brain.. 

when you remember something good is coming your ways the feeling you get at that moment goes a very long way. Always practice self positive talks...

Social medias was actually created for a fun place to share photos,jokes,your bad and good times we had with people and most especially to enable us meet with our far away friends and families.  Do not post what could jeopardize your future. You might thing you are having fun but do u realize that what you post out there are in someone elsese achives? Teenagers,always have this at the back of your mind that you gonna grow up someday and have your family. Those unpleasant things posted on social medias, are you bold enough showing your kids?
